Monstera Deliciosa Houseplant

Monstera Deliciosa (commonly known as the 'Swiss Cheese Plant') is suggested to have first come to real notable popularity during the 70's, and most suprisingly has been in popular culture and houseplant collections as a major front runner ever since! It's almost rare to see a houseplant collection without one of these! With its large foliage dotted with holes makes it resemble a slice of emmental, and makes the monstera instantly recognisable. In its natural and ideal environment it can climb up to 15m, although in the UK environment indoors, it grows slower and it is often cut back to a height of around 2m. It originates from a tropical climate so benefits a warmer, more humid environment.
